Where mistakes get recorded

The habit of this house is to record mistakes rather than hide them. Below are the corrections that came from readers or from our own checks. Spot an error? Write: lullarajiv [at] gmail [dot] com

July 2026 · Listening Library

In the dark theme the Listening Library’s top card, on both the Hindi and English pages, stayed light while its text went pale, and the introduction was hard to read. The card now follows the theme.

July 2026 · The English Bhagavata

All 65 stories were retold afresh against the printed Gita Press edition. In that pass the count of the brahmin’s sons in the Bhrigu test was corrected to match the printed Sanskrit (Srimad Bhagavata 10.89.27), and the goddess in the Shiva and Mohini story is named per the printed text.

July 2026 · Picture descriptions

More than three hundred image descriptions that carried technical notes now describe the scene in a reader’s language.

June 2026 · Register check

The address style of the storytelling was reviewed and made uniform across the collection.

2026 · Source credits

An editorial check of source attributions; the fixes are applied on the Sources page.

This page will keep growing.
